Delete your account

How to delete your account and data in apps published by wo6.

NutriTrail

  1. Email wo6.connect@gmail.com from the email address on your NutriTrail account.
  2. Use the subject "Delete my NutriTrail account".
  3. We'll delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted: your account, email, phone number (if added), food diary, custom foods, saved meals, body details and goals. Nothing is kept, except copies in routine hosting backups, which expire automatically.

In the app: open Profile → Delete account, then tap again to confirm. Guests can use Profile → Leave guest mode. Deletion is immediate.

Without the app: email wo6.connect@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my petto! account". We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted: your account, display name, email, daily step history and challenge memberships. Nothing is kept, except copies in routine hosting backups, which expire automatically.
