These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to every mobile app published by wo6 ("we", "us", "our"), including NutriTrail and petto!, and to their related services (each an "App"). By downloading, installing or using an App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Each App has its own privacy policy, listed on our Privacy page.

Signing in is optional in our Apps. Some features, such as syncing across devices or joining challenges, may require an account.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the App. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

If the App requires an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the App for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App, its servers or other users' data;
copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the App, except where the law allows;
upload content that is offensive, infringing, or that contains malware;
interfere with or disrupt the App or its infrastructure.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of any content you submit through the App. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that content solely to operate and provide the App to you.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, logos and content (other than your content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, in line with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

6. Payments

If an App offers paid features or subscriptions, prices are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google's terms and refund policies. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your Google Play account settings before the renewal date.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Delete account explains how we collect and use your personal data. By using the App you acknowledge that policy.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We aim to keep the App available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
